Praize Productions, Inc is excited to share at the Green this Wednesday, July 26th with See Chicago Dance! In tandem with PPI’s upcoming theatrical production, “Call Her By Name,” premiering June4th, PPI will be leading a power hour of self-care and mid-day mindfulness. PPI’s teaching artist Brandon Avery will guide a light 45-minute yoga session outside and executive artistic director, Ennerèssa La Nette, will begin the hour with a moment of meditation and conclude the session with affirmations that will have you ready to finish your day strong!

Join us this Wednesday for a mid-week exhale! No experience necessary and feel free to come as you are, in any attire.
